We respond expeditiously to all claims of copyright infringement provided proper notice is filed, including:- Your name, address, and preferably, an electronic mail address, as the copyright holder or an authorized agent.
- Identification of the copyrighted source work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the materials claimed to be infringing and their precise Internet locations.
- A statement of a good faith belief that there is no legal basis for the use of the materials.
- A physical or electronic signature accompanying a statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright that is allegedly infringed.
Due to the volume of email received, notification by postal mail is preferred.
